Rules & Conditions

Please check our basic rules of the hotel.

1. General rules

  • Check-in from 15:00.
  • Departure by 11:00
  • The person booking the room must be of legal age.
  • It is strictly forbidden to bring extra people for overnight stays or short visits.
  • Photography and filming for commercial purposes on the territory of Pažaislis Park Hotel is only possible with the owners’ permission, contact info@parkhotel.lt.

2.Arriving with children

  • Children of all ages are welcome. Children from 14 years of age are charged at the adult rate. Free cot for 0-4 years on request.5-13 years extra bed on request EUR 15 per child. per night.

3.Arrival with pets

The hotel does not accept pets.

4.Reservation and cancellation

  • Reservations are made through our website www.pazaislisparkhotel.lt and are only confirmed after full or partial payment of the reservation.
  • By paying for your reservation, you confirm that you accept all of our rules.
  • No refunds will be given if the scheduled (reserved) time is not met.
  • If the reservation is cancelled more than 15 days before the date of arrival, a full refund will be given, if the cancellation is less than 14 days and more than 3 days, a half refund will be given.
  • With 14 days’ notice, it is possible to reschedule, and it is also possible to exchange the amount paid for a gift voucher, please contact info@parkhotel.lt.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival are non-refundable.
  • Your friends and family may be able to take your place, please inform us in advance.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Familiarise yourself with the rules of safe behaviour, fire safety and internal procedures.
  • Guests are fully responsible for any damage to or destruction of movable and immovable property and material valuables within the territory of Pažaislis Park Hotel (they are liable for the material value of the property).
  • Guests arriving with babies and children must assume full responsibility for their safety and health.
  • Guests are responsible for any accidents that may occur within or outside the territory of Pažaislis Park Hotel.
  • Accidents caused by alcohol are the responsibility of the guests themselves.
  • Guests who injure themselves or their property through no fault of their own, in violation of the rules of safe conduct, fire safety and internal order, shall not be held liable by the service provider.
  • Items in the Pažaislis Park Hotel building and grounds are the property of Pažaislis Park
  • Hotel and guests are not allowed to take them with them on departure.
  • If you notice any faults or damages, please report them immediately. Damage to appliances, fixed and non-fixed assets is subject to a fine.

6. Fire safety and safe conduct rules

  • Smoking (including IQOS and e-cigarettes) is not allowed in the rooms and other indoor areas. Smoking is allowed in designated areas and on balconies.
  • Candles are not allowed indoors.
  • Please refer to the room for rules on using the hot tub.
  • Use of electrical appliances is subject to safety requirements.
  • Do not leave electrical appliances unattended.
  • Do not disconnect or change the basic settings of all devices in Pažaislis Park Hotel.
  • Fireworks are not allowed in and around the entire area.

7. Additional services

  • All additional services must be booked at least 24 hours before arrival by contacting info@parkhotel.lt.
  • We can offer you a bathrobe for a fee of EUR 5.

8. Gift vouchers

  • The gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase (the date it was paid for).
  • If the voucher is not used within this period, the service is deemed to have been provided and no refund is given.
  • The money for the gift voucher is non-refundable. If the full amount of the voucher is not used, the difference is not refundable.

9. Other

To ensure the safety of guests and the Pažaislis Park Hotel’s property, the entrance to the property is monitored by a video camera. The footage is not viewed unless needed and is stored for short periods of time.

Final provisions

These rules are designed to ensure order, to protect guests as much as possible, and to avoid unpleasant misunderstandings and painful experiences.In case of non-compliance with these rules, Pažaislis Park Hotel reserves the right to evict you and not to refund your stay.
