Founded in 1977, restaurant Svarstyklės is popular among locals and tourists who are looking for a good cuisine, top-notch service and cosy surroundings. Experienced chefs offer juicy ostrich and bison steaks, game meat, fish cooked on lava stones and other gourmet dishes.

The restaurant has three, individually designed rooms. The Nymph room, decorated in Tuscan style frescos by the painter Audrius Šumskas, is especially popular among our guests.

Svarstyklės is also well known for lively evening shows, concerts, festivals, wedding and birthdays receptions. The restaurant hosts business lunches and conferences.

For those seeking a more relaxed outdoor dining experience, our Indian Grill & Wok kitchen offers a healthy and flavorful alternative, perfect for family meals or gatherings with friends.
